Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Vegan, Gluten Free
Prep and make 5 mins
1 Frozen banana
1 handful Frozen Spinach
2 Medjool dates, pitted
1 dessert spoon Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Milled Flax,Pumpkin, Sunflower and Linseed mix
1/4 cup Coconut Milk (Rude health)
1 tsp Cinnamon
Put all your ingredients into a blender and whizz up to a fairly thick consistency, its a bit like melting ice cream so add liquid accordingly.
Serve sprinkled with your fave toppings (nuts, chia seeds, fruit, cacao nibs, bee pollen etc)
For the Pea Protein, Aldi in the UK sell this which is great as a cheaper option but if you can afford it I would recommend Pulsin, which you can buy at any good health food shop or online.
